Succession in the Crimean Khanate

A shrewd diplomat and an able ruler, Haji Giray has spent the greater part of his life carving out a strong Khanate of his own away from the control of the Golden Horde. In order to survive Haji has never shunned making pacts with any state that could further his own goals. Surrounded by hungry states such as Poland, Lithuania, Genoa, and the Golden Horde, Crimea must steer a difficult path if it is to remain independent and thrive.
