Tlacaelel

Tlacaelel, the foremost architect of the Aztec Triple Alliance and the first person to be named its Cihuacoatl, prime minister, is an indispensable force within our state. Having served a number of Tlatoanis, Tlacaelel is by now involved in the running of almost every part of our state. He is the one who organizes our military campaigns, he handles our finances and when our Tlatoani is in the field he acts in his stead.\nAbove all, however, Tlacaelel is a great champion for the worship of Huitzilopochtli and has taken a number of measures to ensure that our deity and the martial traditions that surround him is given the proper respect.
