The people there worry about their crops while the local elders are voicing their opinion more loudly each day - their diviners have been predicting this for months, they say, questioning the nonchalance and lack of faith of the villagers. There is a strange air of elitism brewing among the elders as some scoff at the anxious farmers now seeking their council.\n\nLooking over the missive again, the our ruler is puzzled.
