What happens
The care of our ancestral shrines remains a constant challenge to our our ruler. It has been suggested that the best way to handle this would be to appoint one of our most loyal ministers to be the permanent care-taker of the shrines, with an associated budget. As long as our finances could support it this would have few drawbacks, at least as long as we have someone we can trust to do it...
