What happens
An Eyalet is the administrative division of our empire and as such is supposed to have little difference from core territory and provinces held by the Sultan himself. In reality, this is of course not the case due to the vastness of the empire, and as such an eyalet has to be governed by a deputy of the Sultan.\nUnfortunately, the our ruler of our nation sees little reason to pay the usual tax of the Eyalets. Letting their slide with this defiance will give other subject territories similar ideas...
