What happens
One of the personal domains under our rulership still owes us outstanding taxes to the tune of 1000 koku of rice. Through communications with our tax collectors, the debtor has argued that his domain is overvalued and that he cannot afford to pay the taxes. We could forgive all or a part of the debt, but we could use the money.
